"Every week I would come to Jen with a problem and come away with a plan in place to tackle it. Jen is kind and pretty awesome. Chatting with her was not only helpful but fun and I would recommend her to anybody."

Life Coaching for Teens & Young Adults

I help young people embrace the process of growing up. Change can be scary and the thought of turning into our parents can be even scarier! Teens often panic at the thought of leaving their youth behind only to become burdened with responsibilities, commitment and predictability. Their first thought is that they'll have to do a bunch of stuff they don't know how to do or don't want to do, such as paying bills, figuring out taxes, getting a mortgage, and landing not just a job, but a career.

Top concerns for teens include stress and anxiety over school, relationships, self-image and the future. Due to growing pressure from social media and increased competition, stress levels for young people are at an all-time high, which is why I believe there has never been a better time for coaching.

My goal is to help remove the fear and get people excited about the future. This includes identifying the skills and motivation that will make growing up feel like a welcome adventure. We'll explore ways to still be your cool, authentic self, but with more freedom, choice, satisfaction and fun!

I offer an outside perspective and a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings. Clients feel supported and are encouraged to make their own decisions in order to become more confident, successful and in control. Life Coaching is not just for troubled teens but anyone who wants to embrace the process of growing UP!
